June already and that means that Father's Day is just around the corner! To help celebrate our fantastic dads, Precious Little Treasures is hosting a special event just for them. Yvonne from Smallprint will be spending the day with us taking fingerprints, hand prints and footprints to transform into solid silver cufflinks, bracelets or necklaces. This really is a fantastic gift for dads( and mums) and is a real pleasure to wear. Your little ones fingerprints, hand or footprints cast in silver forever - what could be a better keepsake than this? The big day is on Saturday June 12th from 10am-4pm so come along and have a look. This really is an oportunity not to be missed.

Now that we're into June and with the summer holidays just around the corner, let's hope that the sunny weather continues. Lots of families have been taking advantage of the weather and having their little ones Christened. The shop has been really busy selling Christening gowns, gifts and cards. We have a couple of really beautiful Christening gowns at Precious Little Treasures - one linen and complete with bonnet and booties and the other one 100% raw silk complete with cotton underskirt trimmed with Guipure French lace . Both are perfect for a traditional Christening and would really dress your baby perfectly for the occasion. Find them in the Chrisening section on the web site.

I can't believe it's been a year since I wrote any news from Precious Little Treasures. Well, as some of you may know, in that time we have taken a huge step and opened our own beautiful shop in the pretty market town of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley.
Actually, the timing for opening a new shop couldn't have been worse but having said that, the response I have had from my customers has been fantastic. They all seem overwhelmed with the choice of gifts on offer as well as the individuality of the shop and the customer service they receive. Our product range has naturally increased and now includes, to name but a few - beautiful handmade cotton pyjamas, nightgowns and dressing gowns from Powell Craft and Turquaz; extending our Fair Trade and organic range, we have gorgeous wooden toys from Leela and our latest purchase, the biodegradeable 'Becopotty' from Becothings which, when disposed of in your compost heap, will disappear after a couple of years! Naturally, we have clung onto our best selling ranges such as Maileg and Bunnies By The Bay but just extended them. The little mice in match boxes are a must.
So, as you can see, we have been busy filling our shop with delightful gifts for babies and children and making Precious Little Treasures the place to visit in the Ribble Valley.
April /May 08 - Precious Little Treasures have been going through quite a few changes over the last few months. The most obvious,of course, are our new colours and look to the web site. We hope you like what you see and want you to know that we still offer you a fantastic range of gifts as well as an excellent service. We will also be introducing a range of new products to our collection very shortly so make sure that you keep browsing and be the first to take advantage of our new lines.

Blankie World by Gagagoogoo
Our latest arrivals at Precious Little Treasures really are a god send.
From Gagagoogoo comes the brand new Blankie World range of products - Blankie Bear and Blankie Bunny who comes in either powder pink or blue. These unique range of comforters turn from luxurious snuggly blankets to cuddly teddies and rabbits in the blink of an eye. The toys are a hit not only with children but with parents too and in a recent comparison review in Chilrenswear Buyer magazine, Blankie Bear came out on top.
All the characters in the Blankie World collection are fully washable, have a CE safety standard, are suitable from birth and for sensitive skins. All the characters are presented in their own gift box.
